A current report on Form 8-K was filed on July 25, 2005, containing the ACE Limited second quarter financial supplement. On September 21, 2005 ACE Limited revised its second quarter financial supplement to conform it to certain information contained in the restated financial statements included in ACE Limited’s Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2005 filed on August 12, 2005. This revised financial supplement, which replaces the one previously filed, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is hereby incorporated herein by reference.
