During the six months ended June 30, 2012, the Company initiated the disposition of certain of its centersdue to management's assessment of the limited growth opportunities at these centers as a result of certain market driven strategies. Results of operations of the centers discontinued for the three and six months ended June 30, 2012 are as follows (in thousands):
