4. Property, Plant and Equipment

Property, plant and equipment, net, consist of the following at September 30, 2013 and December 31, 2012:

Depreciation of property, plant and equipment was $34.4 and $34.6 for the three months ended September 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively, and $100 and $97.2 for the nine months ended September 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively.
