Property, plant and equipment, net, consist of the following at June 30, 2012 and December 31, 2011:

Depreciation of property, plant and equipment was $31.3 and $36.6 for the three months ended June 30, 2012 and 2011, respectively, and $62.6 and $72.0 for the six months ended June 30, 2012 and 2011, respectively.
