As previously reported, the Company has not yet completed its 2002 year-end financial statements. The Company also has not yet completed its 2003 year-end financial statements. Until those statements are completed, the Company will be unable to file its Annual Reports on Form 10-K for the years ended December 28, 2002 and December 27, 2003, respectively. The Company continues to work towards finalizing various accounting entries and completing other steps required for the finalization of those financial statements. In view of the foregoing, the Company is unable to state whether there will be any significant change in results of operations for the year ended December 27, 2003 as compared to the prior fiscal year.
