7. OPERATING LEASES

We lease certain machinery, trucks, and facilities under operating leases that generally provide for renewal options. We incurred approximately $1,324,000, $840,000 and $1,067,000 in rent expense under operating lease arrangements for 2014, 2013 and 2012, respectively.

Future minimum lease payments under non-cancelable operating leases are approximately as follows for the years ended December 31:
