In its earnings release issued on March 27, 2020, Shoe Carnival, Inc. (the “Company”) announced, among other things, that the record date for its annual meeting of shareholders to be held on June 11, 2020 would be April 10, 2020.  Because the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC will be closed for trading on April 10, 2020, the record date for the Company’s annual meeting of shareholders will be April 9, 2020.
