Dividends	Note 6 — Dividends On June 14, 2012, our Board of Directors approved the payment of our first-ever quarterly cash dividend to our shareholders. The initial dividend of $0.05 per share was paid on July 16, 2012 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 2, 2012. Total dividends paid were approximately $1.0 million. The declaration and payment of any future dividends are at the discretion of the Board of Directors and will depend on our results of operations, financial condition, business conditions and other factors deemed relevant by our Board of Directors.
