On June 21, 2023, pursuant to Rule 15c-211 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Glendale Securities filed Form 211 with FINRA to initiate proprietary trading of the common stock of General Enterprise Ventures, Inc. Rule 15c-211 regulates the publication of quotations on OTC Markets and allows broker-dealers to initiate or resume trading quotes with respect to OTC securities not listed on a national securities exchange by requiring dealers to obtain and review issuer information prior to quoting the securities.
