ITEM 7.01 – REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
ABF Freight System, Inc., a subsidiary of ArcBest Corporation (Nasdaq: ARCB) (the “Company”), has reached a tentative agreement on the national and supplemental labor contracts with the Teamsters National Freight Industry Negotiating Committee, the negotiating arm of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. An employee ratification vote is expected to begin soon, and the new five-year agreement is proposed to become effective after the current contract expires on June 30, 2023. The Company plans to provide additional updates in the coming weeks.
