On February 17, 2012 the Registrant issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share on its common stock. MEMPHIS, Tenn., Feb. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Mueller Industries, Inc. (NYSE: MLI), announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share on its common stock.
