On August 8, 2005, the Company issued a News Release announcing the sale of its office and industrial portfolio (the “News Release — Sale of Assets”), a News Release announcing the acquisition of Mervyns Real Estate Portfolio (the “News Release — Acquisition of Assets”) and a supplement containing property information of the Mervyns Real Estate Portfolio (“Portfolio Information”).
