Related Party On December 15, 2022, the Company approved the retention of MaryAnn Shallcross, the wife of Steven Shallcross, as director of Clinical Operations, for compensation of $145,000 and the grant of an option to purchase 50,000 shares of common stock having a value of $20,000. Ms. Shallcross had been performing services for us during 2022 for total compensation of less than $120,000.
