Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 16, 2020, Air Transport Services Group, Inc. issued a press release announcing the pricing of an offering of $500 million in aggregate principal amount of 4.750% senior unsecured notes due 2028 (the “Senior Notes”) by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cargo Aircraft Management, Inc. The Senior Notes will mature on February 1, 2028. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
