On October 12, 2012, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company has scheduled a teleconference on November 1, 2012, to discuss its earnings for the third quarter of 2012 and certain other operational matters. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference herein.
On October 15, 2012, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company's Board of Directors approved a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock outstanding. The dividend will be paid on November 7, 2012, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 26, 2012. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this report and is incorporated by reference herein.
