Foreign Operations As a result of a work stoppage at the Company’s Xianghe manufacturing facilities from March 7, 2013 through March 20, 2013, revenues for the quarter ended March 31, 2013 were adversely impacted by approximately $900,000. The Company realized those sales during the second quarter of 2013. Additionally, certain incremental costs were incurred during the nine months ended September 30, 2013 related to the work stoppage, including employee, travel, consulting and legal costs of $662,000.
