On February 28, 2007, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Rimage Corporation (the “Company”) approved, and the Board of Directors ratified, cash bonuses under the Company’s 2006 cash incentive compensation program for executive officers (the “2006 Incentive Plan”).
