Expected Annual Dividend Payment for Fiscal Year 2007

 

1. For the fiscal year ending December 31, 2007, KT Corporation (the “Company”) (NYSE symbol: KTC) currently plans to pay an annual cash dividend of Won 2,000 per common share to the Company’s record holders of common shares.

 

2. The actual dividend payment amount is subject to approvals by the board of directors and by the shareholders at the annual general meeting of shareholders.
