Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On March 17, 2025, Servotronics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2024. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the information under this Item 2.02 and Exhibit 99.1 shall not be deemed filed for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the Exchange Act), nor shall such information be deemed incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference in such a filing.
On March 17, 2023, the Company issued a press release titled “Servotronics Announces Board Review of Strategic Alternatives” A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
