The Company paid legal fees and disbursements of approximately $59,000 and $150,000 in the nine month period ended September 30, 2021 and 2020, respectively, for services provided by a law firm that is owned by a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Legal fees paid for the three month period ended September 30, 2021 and 2020 amounted to approximately $13,000 and $18,000, respectively. Additionally, the Company had accrued unbilled legal fees at September 30, 2021 and 2020 of approximately $13,000 and $25,000, respectively, with this firm.
