Item 5.02.    Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
 
Effective February 20, 2015, Servotronics, Inc. (the "Company"), by action of the Company's Board of Directors, executed an amendment to the employment agreement with Kenneth D. Trbovich, President of the Company. The amendment extended the term of Mr. Trbovich's employment agreement for an additional year until December 31, 2019.

The foregoing summary description of the amendment to Mr. Trbovich's employment agreement does not purport to be complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the employment agreement, as amended. A copy of the amendment to Mr. Trbovich's employment agreement will be filed as an exhibit to the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2014.
