Raymond Zielinski, a Vice-President of Servotronics, Inc. and a named executive officer, retired/resigned from his office of Vice-President effective January 3, 2007. Thereafter, Mr. Zielinski has agreed to be available as a part-time non-officer consultant-employee of the Company to carry out assignments submitted by the Company at compensation of $76 per hour as needed and when mutually agreed.

Mr. Nicholas D. Trbovich, Jr., a Vice-President of the Company since 1990, has been appointed Executive Vice President of the Company.
