9.	Related Party Transactions

The Company paid legal fees and disbursements of approximately $47,000 and $54,000 in the three month periods ended March 31, 2018 and 2017, respectively, for services provided by a law firm that is owned by a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Additionally, the Company accrued approximately $40,000 and 48,000 of legal fees as of March 31, 2018 and 2017, respectively.
