The Company paid legal fees and disbursements of approximately $144,000 and $23,000 in the six month period ended June 30, 2017 and 2016, respectively, for services provided by a law firm that is owned by a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Legal fees paid for the three month period ended June 30, 2017 and 2016 amounted to approximately $94,000 and $0, respectively. As of June 30, 2017, the Company had accrued additional legal fees of approximately $23,000 with this firm.
