August  16,  2005  Servotronics,  Inc.  issued a press  release  announcing  its
preliminary  financial results for the period ended June 30, 2005 and the filing
of a Form 12b-25.  The press  release is attached  hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is
incorporated by reference herein.
