Subsequent Events [Text Block]	14. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In October 2011, we purchased a building in St. Peters, Missouri as a location for our new prepreg facility. We began moving existing prepreg operations from our Salt Lake City, Utah building, whose lease expires on December 31, 2011, to this new building in November 2011. This facility will also be our primary R&D facility.
