PROPERTY AND EQUIPMENT

NOTE 5. PROPERTY AND EQUIPMENT

Property and equipment consists of the following assets which are located in Calgary, Canada and placed in service by Enveric Biosciences Canada, Inc (“EBCI”), with all amounts translated into U.S. dollars:
