NOTE 13. NON-CONTROLLING INTEREST:

The subsidiaries of the Company are all direct or indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries and there are no non-controlling interests as of September 30, 2018.

In prior periods when the Company held non-controlling interests in one of its subsidiaries ,the Company attributed relevant gains and losses to such non-controlling interests in each financial year. During the nine months ended September 30, 2018 and 2017 the profit attributable to the holders of non-controlling interests amounted to $0 and $18,504, respectively.
