RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS As mentioned above, on January 15, 2014, the Company issued 3,267,974 shares to Lone Star Value Investors, LP, an entity controlled by Jeffrey E. Eberwein who was a director and officer of the Company at the time of the transaction. The $50,000 proceeds of this issuance are being used to assist in funding the Company's operating expenses.
