On April 21, 2008, Corel Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the pending departure of David Dobson as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. There were no disagreements between Mr. Dobson and the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Company is currently conducting a search for a replacement Chief Executive Officer. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
