Disposal Groups, Including Discontinued Operations

There were no significant operating results from discontinued operations for the three months ended March 31, 2022. The following table summarizes the results of operations of the Oxford business for the three months ended March 31, 2021 (in millions).

During the three months ended March 31, 2022 the Company received $9.8 million related to the finalization of the purchase price, which mainly related to the settlement of net working capital. There was no other significant cash flow activity related to Oxford in 2022.
