10. Stock-based Compensation

On March 31, 2016, the Company issued 128,518 shares of common stock under its Employee Stock Purchase Plan, as amended (the "ESPP").

Stock-based compensation expense, including the ESPP, was $6.9 million and $4.0 million for the three months endedMarch 31, 2016 and 2015, respectively, which was included in SG&A expense.
