Other Events. On July 24, 2006, Revlon, Inc. ("Revlon"), the parent company of Revlon Consumer Products Corporation ("RCPC"), issued a press release (the "Press Release") announcing, among other things, that RCPC had received all of the required lender consents to the previously-announced amendment to its existing bank credit agreement, dated July 9, 2004 (as amended by Amendment No. 1, dated as of February 15, 2006, the "Credit Agreement"), that would, among other things, add $100 million to the existing $700 million term loan facility under the Credit Agreement. The Press Release also announced that Company expects to close and fund the amendment to the Credit Agreement on July 28, 2006, subject to market and other customary conditions.
