Other Information Pertaining to Income Taxes	The Company files income tax returns in various jurisdictions with varying statutes of limitations. The statute of limitations for income tax audits in the U.S. will commence upon utilization of net operating losses and will expire three years from the filing of the tax return. In August 2012, the IRS completed its examination of the Company’s U.S. federal income tax returns for the year ended December 31, 2009. There were no adjustments as a result of the examination. The Company is currently under audit by the State of New Jersey for the years 2007 to 2010. The Company does not expect any significant adjustments to its filed income tax returns.

This element represents the total of accruals as of the date of the statement of financial position for interest recognized for an underpayment of income taxes computed by applying the applicable statutory rate of interest to the difference between a tax position recognized for financial reporting purposes and the amount previously taken or expected to be taken in a tax return of the entity and the amount of statutory penalties for a tax position claimed or expected to be claimed by the entity, in its tax return, that does not meet the minimum statutory threshold to avoid payment of penalties.
