Also, excludes 3.6 million and 22.2 million shares of common stock for the three months ended March 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively, which may be issued upon conversion of the Convertible Senior Notes, based on the initial maximum conversion rate of 233.6449 shares of the Company’s common stock per $1,000 principal amount of Convertible Senior Notes. These were excluded due to their anti-dilutive effect.
