SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On January 22, 2024, Vertex Recovery Management LA, LLC, which the Company owns 51% interest, entered into a $5 million revolving promissory note with Citizens National Bank, N.A. The promissory note bears an interest rate of 7.830% per annum, and will mature on January 22, 2029. A new shareholder’s derivative lawsuit was filed in Southern District of Texas on Tuesday, February 26, 2024. Vertex counsel (Steptoe LLP) plans to request a stay of the case pending outcome of a motion to dismiss in the securities case, similar to the prior derivative suits.
