COMMON STOCK	COMMON STOCK The total number of authorized shares of the Company’s common stock is 750,000,000 shares, $0.001 par value per share. As of March 31, 2019, there were 40,270,981 common shares issued and outstanding. During the three months ended March 31, 2019, the Company issued 96,160 shares of common stock in connection with the conversion of Series B1 Preferred Stock into common stock of the Company, pursuant to the terms of such securities. During the three months ended March 31, 2018, the Company issued 500,000 shares of common stock in connection with the conversion of Series B1 Preferred Stock into common stock of the Company, pursuant to the terms of such securities.
