PREFERRED STOCK	PREFERRED STOCK The total number of authorized shares of the Company’s preferred stock is 50,000,000 shares, $0.001 par value per share. The total number of designated shares of the Company’s Series A Preferred Stock is 5,000,000 (“Series A Preferred”). The total number of designated shares of the Company’s Series B Preferred Stock is 2,000,000. As of June 30, 2014, there were 675,558 shares of Series A Preferred Stock issued and outstanding and no Series B Preferred shares issued and outstanding.
