Generally, the Company intends to sell these loans within 30-60 days from the date the intent to sell was established. Amounts at December 31, 2014, consist of $36.6 million of commercial, commercial real estate and construction loans carried at the lower of aggregate cost or fair value and $36.3 million of commercial, commercial real estate, construction, home equity and personal loans held-for-sale in connection with the sale of the Company's banking office located in Norcross, Georgia, which closed in January 2015.
