On July 25, 2022, the registrant announced its earnings for the three-month period ended June 30, 2022. A copy of the announcement is attached as an exhibit to this report. As noted in the release, the registrant will hold a conference call on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. ET to discuss its quarterly operating results.
