Item 2.03 Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement of a Registrant

On March 5, 2013, the Company exercised $50 million of the $200 million accordion feature of its existing revolving credit facility pursuant to the Second Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement dated July 20, 2011 between the Company and a consortium of lenders.

The Company's credit facility, which matures in July 2016, increased in capacity from $250 million to $300 million from April to July and from $350 million to $400 million from August to March. The interest rate on the credit facility is LIBOR plus a defined spread based on certain factors and was not impacted.  Other terms and conditions under the credit facility remain unchanged.
