Operating Leases Of Lessor Disclosure Text Block	16. During the third quarter of fiscal 2012, the Company entered into some interim lease notes which financed down payments for various equipment orders at market rates. As of December 31, 2011, these interim notes had not been converted into operating leases since the equipment was not delivered. These notes, which total $3,555,000 as of December 31, 2011 and $4,188,000 as of January 1, 2011, are included in notes payable in the accompanying Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheets. These notes are expected to be substantially converted into operating leases by the end of Company's fiscal year.
