The following tables set forth the Company’s Statements of Income data for each of the eight quarterly periods ended January 28, 2018, as well as that data expressed as a percentage of the Company’s net sales for the quarters presented. The sum of quarterly per share amounts may differ from year to date amounts due to rounding. In the third quarter of fiscal year 2017, the Company recognized a gain of $25.5 million on the disposition of assets related to the divestiture of Snowbush IP to Rambus. This gain is presented in "Operating income."
