Subsequent Events [Text Block]	19. Subsequent Event On January 6, 2014, the company announced that it had acquired 100% of SymCom, Inc. (“SymCom”) for $52.0 million net of cash acquired. Headquartered in Rapid City, South Dakota, SymCom provides overload relays and pump controllers primarily to the industrial market. The company is in the process of determining the fair value of assets and liabilities acquired for the SymCom acquisition. The fair value of net assets was not available at the time this report was filed.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
