Income Tax Disclosure [Text Block]	9. Income Taxes The effective tax rate for the first quarter of 2014 was 24.9% compared to an effective tax rate of 36.1% in the first quarter of 2013. The effective tax rates for both the first quarter of 2014 and 2013 are lower than the U.S. statutory tax rate primarily due to the result of more income earned in low tax jurisdictions.

9. Income Taxes

The effective tax rate for the first quarter of 2014 was 24.9% compared to an effective tax rate of 36.1% in the first quarter of 2013.
