Income Tax Disclosure [Text Block]	11. Income Taxes The effective tax rate for the first quarter of 2013 was 17.7% compared to an effective tax rate of 29.3% in the first quarter of 2012. The effective tax rates for both the first quarter of 2013 and 2012 are lower than the U.S. statutory tax rate primarily due to the result of more income earned in low tax jurisdictions.
