Income Taxes	Income Taxes The effective tax rate for the three and nine months ended September 28, 2019 was 13.9% and 17.7% respectively, compared to the effective tax rate for the three and nine months ended September 29, 2018 of 21.5% and 20.1% respectively. The effective tax rates for the 2019 periods are lower than the effective tax rates for the 2018 periods primarily due to lower taxes in certain non-US jurisdictions, including the impact of a tax holiday in China which was applicable in the 2019 periods but not in the 2018 periods. The effective tax rates for the 2019 periods were lower than the applicable U.S. statutory tax rate primarily due to income earned in lower tax jurisdictions.
