Related Party Transactions	Note 8. Related Party Transactions In January 2016, the Company paid $15,000 to Michael A. Feinstein, M.D., the Company’s Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, representing a portion of previously deferred salary owed to him under an employment agreement with the Company. During the first quarter of 2016, Dr. Feinstein deferred $21,250 of salary. At March 31, 2016, Dr. Feinstein was owed $296,600 of salary deferred by him.
