Registered holders of (i) outstanding 10.50% Senior Notes Due 2014 (the “Old Senior Notes”) who wish to tender their Old Senior Notes for a like principal amount of new 10.50% Senior Notes Due 2014, which have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”) (the “New Senior Notes”), (ii) outstanding 11.00%/11.75% Senior Toggle Notes Due 2014 (the “Old Toggle Notes”) who wish to tender their Old Toggle Notes for a like principal amount of new 11.00%/11.75% Senior Toggle Notes Due 2014, which have been registered under the Securities Act (the “New Toggle Notes”) or (iii) outstanding 12.375% Senior Subordinated Notes Due 2015 (the “Old Senior Subordinated Notes” and, together with the Old Senior Notes and the Old Toggle Notes, the “Old Notes”) who wish to tender their Old Senior Subordinated Notes for a like principal amount of 12.375% Senior Subordinated Notes Due 2015, which have been registered under the Securities Act (the “New Senior Subordinated Notes” and, together with the New Senior Notes and the New Toggle Notes, the “Exchange Notes”), in each case, whose Old Notes are not immediately available or who cannot deliver their Old Notes and Letter of Transmittal (and any other documents required by the Letter of Transmittal) to Wells Fargo Bank, National Association (the “Exchange Agent”) prior to the Expiration Date, may use this Notice of Guaranteed Delivery or one substantially equivalent hereto.
