Short Term Debt	Short Term Debt Short-term debt consists of unsecured lines of credit held by Tecnonet, the Company's Italian Network Integration subsidiary. As of March 31, 2015 and December 31, 2014 short-term debt totaled $2.1 million and $5.4 million, respectively. Short-term debt bears interest ranging from 1.8% to 2.5%, and the weighted average interest rate was approximately 2.1% as of March 31, 2015 and December 31, 2014, respectively. These obligations are incurred and settled in local currencies of the respective subsidiaries.
